一、石材表面處理,石材表面應(yīng)干燥,含水不大于8%。

1、 Surface treatment of stone: The surface of the stone should be dry and have a moisture content of no more than 8%.

二、石材安裝前先對(duì)石材進(jìn)行挑選、使用一個(gè)門套石材色澤、花紋一致、挑出色差。

2、 Before installing the stone, select the stone first, use a door frame with consistent color and pattern, and pick out any color differences.

三、對(duì)安裝石材的結(jié)構(gòu)表面清理,放水平線、垂直線。

3、 Clean the surface of the structure for installing stone, and place horizontal and vertical lines.

四、用臺(tái)鉆打眼、每塊板上、下面打眼,孔位打在板中間,孔徑為8mm,深度為12mm。

4、 Drill holes with a bench drill on both the top and bottom of each board, with holes located in the middle of the board, with a diameter of 8mm and a depth of 12mm.

五、用膨脹螺栓把角架固定,再把掛件固定在角架上。

5、 Fix the corner bracket with expansion bolts, and then fix the pendant on the corner bracket.

六、石材開槽,用大理石膠把石材固定在掛件上。

6、 Stone slotting, use marble glue to fix the stone on the pendant.

七、立面垂直,光面平整,接縫平直,接縫寬度,偏差允許2mm。

7、 Vertical facade, smooth surface, straight joints, joint width, allowable deviation of 2mm.

八、全部安裝完后,要對(duì)表面石材一次性清理。

8、 After all installations are completed, the surface stone should be cleaned in one go.
